What is Command Center ERP?

One system for the whole shoe factory.

Command Center ERP is a manufacturing ERP for footwear factories. It runs the whole production cycle — buying material, receiving and checking it, issuing it to the line against the shoe’s recipe, making the shoes stage by stage, then packing and billing — on one system, and enforces the discipline that keeps every pair traceable from order to GST invoice.

The daily leak

If your factory runs on 20-year-old software or paper, you already feel the cost.

Material issued with no bill of materials. Wages argued over every week. Stock that never ties out. GST worked out on the side. And software no one can change any more.

✗ Leakage

Material leaves without a BOM

Leather and components get issued on trust, not against what the order actually needs. Shrinkage hides in the gap.

✗ Disputes

Piece-rate wages are guesswork

No agreed rate chart, totals added by hand. Every payout is a negotiation instead of a number.

✗ Blind spots

Nobody knows where the order is

Cutting, closing, finishing — the real state of the floor lives in people's heads, not on a screen.

✗ Risk

One shared password, no audit

Everyone signs in as the same user; logs can be deleted; issued invoices can be edited. Nothing is traceable to a person.

✗ Frozen

The software can't be changed

The original tooling is dead and the vendor holds the keys. The business is stuck at whatever it did years ago.

✗ Compliance

GST lives outside the system

Tax is figured out separately and re-keyed, so invoices and returns drift from what actually shipped.

Your factory’s day, mapped

From the order to the bill, one straight line.

Every shoe follows the same six steps. Nothing skips a step, so nothing goes missing.

1

Order comes in

Styles, colours and sizes, written down once.

2

Buy the material

Raise a PO. No PO, nothing comes in.

3

Receive & check

Count at the gate, size by size, mark rejects.

4

Give to the line

Only what the shoe needs — from its recipe.

5

Make it

One job card. Scan it at every stage.

6

Pack, send & bill

Dispatch the pairs. GST bill made for you.

made for you
The command chain

Six gates that make the factory work to the software.

Not guidelines — hard gates. Each step is impossible to skip, so traceability is built in from the first receipt to the last pair packed.

01

No PO, no goods

Nothing is received without a purchase order. On-call deliveries raise a quick PO first.

02

GRN every receipt

One receiving path: Gate-In → GRN, size-wise, with rejects and the supplier's bill captured.

03

No issue without a BOM

Store issue is locked to the order's bill of materials. Anything not on the BOM cannot be issued.

04

No hand-made BOMs

Every BOM carries a QR verification code. A hand-written one has no valid code and is rejected.

05

One rate-list chart

A single agreed piece rate per operation — cutting, closing, finishing, packing — with per-article overrides.

06

Job card from the BOM

Job cards are built from the order's BOM and rate list. No BOM means no job card, and no untracked work.

This is a General Manager's operating discipline, made unskippable. Traceability by design, not by trust.

See it, scan it, track it

The three things the floor actually holds.

Every design, every recipe and every job carries a photo and a code. Scan it and the whole story opens up.

Every design gets a photo and a code.

No more “which shoe was this?” The worker sees the exact style, colour and size run on screen, with a picture.

  • A photo on every design, so the floor makes the right shoe.
  • A QR code on each article — scan to open its full details.
  • Sizes as a clean size run, not a wall of numbers.

Bill of materials

The recipe for each shoe, with pictures.

Everything that goes into a pair, how much of it, and a photo of each material. Store gives out only what the recipe says.

  • Each material shown with a picture and a quantity.
  • Store can’t issue anything not on the recipe.
  • Every recipe is QR-verified — a hand-made list won’t scan.

Job card

One card follows the shoes through the factory.

Made from the recipe and printed with a QR. The worker scans it at each stage — cutting, closing, lasting, finishing, packing — and the office sees where every order is.

  • Built from the BOM, so the work always matches the order.
  • Scan at each stage to log pairs done and any rejects.
  • Wages add up on their own from the rate for each job.
One system, whole cycle

The andon board turns your factory into a control room. Every active order, every stage, updated as work is scanned in.

  • Live WIP per stage. Know exactly how many pairs sit at cutting, closing or finishing right now.
  • Bottleneck, flagged in red. The slowest stage is called out before it becomes a missed ship date.
  • Scan at the station. A barcode gun, phone camera or typed number completes a stage with output and rejects.
  • Cycle time that’s real. Measured from actual stage events, not guessed.

Security your old software never had.

No shared passwords. No editable audit trail. No third party who can switch you off.

Single sign-on with MFA

Every person has their own login through Keycloak, with two-factor for managers and approvers.

Role-based approvals

Spending, pricing and tax changes need an approver. Separation of duties, enforced on the server.

Tamper-proof audit trail

Who did what, and when. Append-only. Entries cannot be edited or deleted, even by the system.

Least-privilege by design

No one holds the database keys. Credentials stay encrypted and out of every workstation.

You own it

Run it on your own server or in the cloud. No vendor kill-switch, no remote block date.

Hardened & scanned

Brute-force lockout, rate limiting and a security gate that scans every release before it ships.

Why Command Center

Built for footwear. Not bent into shape.

Speaks your language

Pairs, size runs, articles, contractors, piece rates, order-sheet BOMs. The model matches how a shoe factory actually works.

Discipline, enforced

The command chain makes the right way the only way. Traceability stops being a wish and becomes the default.

Safe to switch on

Run it alongside your current system on a nightly copy of your data. Prove the numbers before you depend on it.

Modern and supported

A current, maintained stack that grows with you — web and mobile, on any device, from anywhere.

Going live, without the gamble

Keep working while it earns your trust.

No big-bang cut-over. Command Center runs in parallel with your current system until the numbers line up.

STEP 1

Copy, don't connect

A nightly encrypted copy of your live data is restored for the new system to read. The two never touch directly.

STEP 2

Run in the shadow

Command Center reads fresh data and only writes its own new records — it cannot alter your existing system.

STEP 3

Reconcile

Compare stock, orders and wages against your current numbers until they match, day after day.

STEP 4

Cut over

When it has earned trust, switch over on a planned date. A deliberate step, not a leap.

Put your factory under command.

Plain words

The terms on this page, in plain words.

Written for the floor as much as the office. Every step of the factory has a name; here is what each one means.

PO — Purchase Order
The order you raise to buy material from a supplier. In Command Center, nothing is received without one.
GRN — Goods Receipt Note
The record made when material arrives: counted size by size, with any rejects marked.
BOM — Bill of Materials
The recipe for a shoe — every material that goes into a pair, and how much. The store issues only what the BOM lists.
Job card
The sheet that follows an order through the factory. Built from the BOM and printed with a QR code, then scanned at each stage.
Andon board
The live screen showing where every order is on the floor and where work is piling up (the bottleneck).
Dispatch
Sending the finished pairs to the customer. The dispatch feeds the GST tax invoice.
HSN code
The classification code for a product, used to apply the correct GST rate on an invoice.
GST — CGST / SGST / IGST
India’s goods-and-services tax. Within a state it splits into CGST + SGST; across states it is a single IGST.
Piece rate
The pay for a job, per pair — cutting, closing, finishing and so on. Wages add up from the rate on each completed job card.
Parallel run
Running Command Center alongside your current system on a nightly copy of your data, until the numbers reconcile and you cut over.
Questions

What manufacturers ask us first.

Where does it run — our server or the cloud?

Either. Command Center is built to run on-premises in the factory for low latency and full data ownership, or hosted in the cloud for remote access and disaster recovery. Many factories run both.

How risky is switching from our current system?

Low. It runs in parallel on a nightly copy of your live data and only writes its own new records, so it cannot disturb what you use today. You cut over on a planned date once the numbers reconcile.

Does it handle GST invoicing?

Yes. It captures order pricing and an HSN rate table and produces tax invoices with the correct CGST/SGST versus IGST split from your dispatches. It is built for e-invoicing (IRN) and e-way bills at cut-over.

Will it work with barcode scanners and the shop floor?

Yes. Job cards carry barcodes and QR codes; the station screen accepts a barcode gun, a phone camera or a typed number. The interface is responsive for tablets and phones on the floor.

Can we customise it for how our factory works?

Yes. It is a modern, maintained system with the source under your control — operations, stages, rates and rules are configured to your factory, and new needs can be built in.

Who owns the data?

You do. There is no vendor kill-switch and no remote block date. Your data stays in your database, encrypted, on infrastructure you control.
